Special Considerations:
This is a fast‑paced practice with an average case time of approximately 75 minutes, and eye cases averaging around 20 minutes. Pediatric ENT:
The site has a well‑established and highly structured Pediatric ENT process. The surgeon is conservative, thorough, and never rushed. All cases, including pediatrics, go through a comprehensive PAT process (e.g., no cases with sleep apnea, no tonsillectomies under age 3, etc.). You can expect roughly 1–2 pediatric cases on Tuesdays. Eyes:
Approximately 98% of eye cases do not require full eye blocks. Most are performed with topical anesthesia and light sedation.
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
Requirements- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in regional anesthesia, pediatric ENT, eyes and endo.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Flexible schedule with locum contract options
