Overview
Join our award‑winning team at Well Bridge of Brighton! Our LPNs are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology and an interdisciplinary team approach.
Schedule and CompensationYou will earn a starting wage of $30.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay and yearly wage increases.
Scheduling options: 12‑hour shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays;
Day shift 7:00 am – 7:00 pm – part‑time available.

- Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed; advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed at patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
- Promote hospitality and customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction and assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
- A current Michigan LPN license (required) and current CPR‑BLS certification.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
- High analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex well‑being problems.
- Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing tasks.
