Salary & Benefits

Starting wage: $33.15 per hour for Registered Nurse. Plus $5.00 shift premium for nights and $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. Yearly wage increases apply. Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 for nights.

Flexibility with 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays. Full‑time or part‑time positions available (night shifts 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.).

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the nurse aide team: give direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests and families.

• Current licensed RN in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem solving.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player who supports team members and accomplishes tasks.
• CPR‑BLS certification required.
