Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00
Salary On-Call Registered Nurse (7 On/7 Off)
After-hours support. Mostly remote. Critical impact.
Schedule, Hours & Territory- Dedicated on-call role with a rotating 7-days on/7-days off schedule
- Coverage hours are 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM and the full weekend
- Ingham County, MI
- Predictable 7 on / 7 off schedule
- Mostly remote role with field support as needed

- Triage patient and caregiver calls after hours
- Provide clinical guidance and symptom management
- Complete urgent in-person visits as needed
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Document all assessments, interventions, and communication accurately and timely in the EMR HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hospice field experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
- Active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
- Current CPR certification as required for the role
