LPN Nurse - NIGHTS Mayville, MI

Overview

As an LPN you will provide specialized skilled nursing care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infection, neurology, and dermatology areas. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using current technology.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform varied treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tube management, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventive and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team—assign duties, provide training, and participate in recognition and evaluation.

• Current Michigan LPN license and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in nursing or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to develop personalized care plans.
