What You ll Bring- 5+ years as a Superintendent
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
- Deep understanding of infection control and phased work
- Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments
- Commitment to safety and operational awareness
- Proficiency with Phoenix, Project Sight, Bluebeam
