Travel ER Registered Nurse

Overview

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing assignment in Lansing, Michigan. The assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 4, 2026.

Shift: 12 hours, nights. Total weekly hours: 36.

Employment type:

Travel.

• State license – active by start date (Compact license not accepted in MI)
• Clinical certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS by AHA), PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, State License
• Level I trauma experience – 2 years minimum
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• EPIC charting experience
• EPIC and trauma Level I experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, TNCC are strict requirements
• MI license must be active by start date (Compact license not accepted in MI)
• All allied candidates must provide proof of high‑school level education

• Unit accepts first‑time travelers
• Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration experience
• Triage experience
• ENPC (preferred)

• Arterial line management
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood product administration
• Care of ventilated patient
• Central line care/management
• Continuous IV sedation
• CVA (cerebrovascular accident)
• General emergency department – combined adult/pedi
• Gunshot wounds
• Head injury
• ICP monitoring
• Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Pediatric emergency department
• Procedural sedation administration/monitoring
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Triage

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
