Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technologies as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis as prescribed.
• Administer medications as prescribed, and advise patients and families about changes to medications and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care addressing physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including directing assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• REQUIRED:
  
  Current LPN license to practice in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate or Bachelor degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Team-oriented, dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks.

Fisher Senior Care & Rehab Center, 521 Ohmer Road, Mayville, MI 48744. Surrounding locations include Lapeer, Bay City, Owosso, Beecher, Fenton, Rochester Hills, Burton, Waterford, Pontiac, Flint, Auburn Hills, Midland, Saginaw, Rochester, Troy, and additional nearby communities. Shifts are 12 hours, with rotating weekends and some holidays. Full-time or part-time positions available — nights 6 PM to 6 AM.

• Starting wage: $27.15 per hour for LPN, with night shift premium of $5.00 per hour and additional $3.40 per hour for Hero Pay.
• Starting earnings at $35.55 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for night shifts.
