You will earn: RN up to $37.55 per hour starting rates. Starting Wage for RN: $34.15 per hour. Starting Wage for LPN: $30.15 per hour. Yearly Wage Increases.

Scheduling:

• 12‑hour shifts – Nights 7:00 p‑7:00 a
• Full‑time position includes rotating weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Required or LPN Practical Nurse
• Current CPR‑BLS certification required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• Long Term Care Experience REQUIRED
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done

• Downtown Romeo, 2 blocks south of 32 Mile Road

Certifications required: CPR‑BLS certification. This is a full‑time or part‑time position.
