Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an ER RN to take an assignment in Lansing, Michigan. This assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 18, 2026. If the start date, shift, or pay doesn’t line up with what you’re looking for, let’s talk. We often have multiple openings in the same market.

  • Unit accepts 1st time travelers
  • Continuous IV sedation and Procedural Sedation Administration experience
  • Triage experience
• Skills:
  • Arterial line management
  • BiPAP/CPAP management
  • Blood Product Administration
  • Care of Ventilated Patient
  • Central line care/management
  • Continuous IV sedation
  • CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
  • Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
  • Isolation Precautions/PPE
  • IV vasopressors
  • Phlebotomy
  • Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
  • Starting and maintaining IVs
  • Triage

  Experience:
  
  EPIC
• Specific Requirements:
  Sparrow Hospital ER requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, and TNCC. Certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start.
