Our Nurse Assistants are more than just caregivers, they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with our patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living.
Our Nursing Assistants are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that are key in helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as they are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.
- Starting wage $19.15 per hour
- PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
- $3.00 per hour for 3rd shift

- 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full‑time or part‑time, days and nights available
- Must have Monday and Friday availability
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans – bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
- Observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
- Completed approved Nursing Assistant training program and current Nursing Assistant (CNA) license certification required from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
