Villa at Willow Place in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager LPN to lead the day-to-day nursing activities and ensure the highest quality of care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate with administration and therapy, maintain care standards, document care and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and company policies. A flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel may be required.
