Job Type: Flex 0.6-0.9 FTE or 48‑72 hours per pay period, Night/Day Shift (Nights Primary)
Schedule:
12‑hour shifts;
Christmas Eve years; every 3rd weekend.

How You’ll Contribute- Develop and implement a patient‑focused nursing plan of care in collaboration with patient and family.
- Provide care in accordance with established best practices.
- Document patient care given.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Maintain the privacy and security of all confidential and protected health information.
- Contribute to and assist in maintaining a pleasant patient environment in a safe and orderly manner.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

Applicants must have a current Michigan RN license (or attain within 90 days of hire) and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic Life Support certification (available upon hire).
- One year medical‑surgical experience (preferred).
- Annual influenza vaccination or declination required.
