Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Lansing, MI

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Assist physicians with procedures, administer medications, and execute specific treatments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage and prioritize care for multiple patients simultaneously across varying acuity levels and health statuses
• Respond effectively to urgent, life-or-death emergency situations in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Deliver patient care with patience and composure under high-stress circumstances
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients who may be scared, in pain, or in shock, as well as with their families

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification

• Telemetry experience
• Previous travel nursing experience

• Work in a well-equipped Emergency Department featuring 32 main beds, 5 Vertical Express units, a state-of-the-art Cath Lab, and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 (3:1 for high acuity)
