What You’ll Do:
  • Provide medical care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
  • Attend delivery rooms and perform neonatal resuscitations
  • Assist with procedures such as PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, chest tube insertion, and needle aspiration
  • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians during your shift
  • Document patient care accurately within the Epic EMR system
  • Support the unit’s short-staffed Neonatal ICU during coverage period
What You Need:
  • Valid Michigan state license (no provisional or new licenses)
  • Certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Board certification in neonatal or related specialty
  • At least 2 years of NICU experience
  • Key skills: neonatal resuscitation, procedural competency, team collaboration
  • Preferred: experience with Epic EMR, prior NICU coverage
