Position:
Home Health RN Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, every 5th weekend required. No float, no call. Required weekend: every 5th weekend. Need to be proficient in PICC, Port, trach, Pleurx and patient education. Required familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to Homecare and able to complete OASIS documentation. Required certifications: BLS. Adult Home Health experience required. Epic experience required. 1 year experience required, unit will not accept first-time travelers.
Patient Age Groups:
Adults, Geriatrics. Daily census: 16-20 per nurse. Number of visits per day: 5. Special procedures/unit details:
