Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE, part of Volunteers of America National Services, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to program participants. The NP will perform assessments, develop care plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive geriatric care onsite in Lansing, MI.
Qualifications include active RN licensure in Michigan, NP certification, and at least one year of geriatric care experience. Travel to participant homes is occasional and local.
