Locum Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology – Lansing, MI

- Shift: 12-hour shifts, Day: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Contract (Locum)
- License/Certifications: Active State License (no new license candidates), NRP required
- Experience: Neonatal experience required; no new grads accepted
- Hourly Pay Rate: $0.00 (rate to be discussed upon application)

- Provide neonatal care in the Level III NICU, managing complex cases
- Attend in delivery rooms for neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
- Perform procedures such as PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, and chest tube placement
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
- Support hospital protocols and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Must hold an active State License (no new license applicants accepted)
- Must be board certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Neonatal experience is required; recent experience preferred
- Certification in NRP is required
- Key skills: neonatal procedures, patient management, team collaboration
- Ability to work under supervision; APP will not work autonomously
