Locum Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology – Lansing, MI

  • Experience: Neonatal experience required; no new grads accepted

What You’ll Do
  • Provide neonatal care in the Level III NICU, managing complex cases
  • Attend in delivery rooms for neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
  • Perform procedures such as PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, and chest tube placement
  • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the healthcare team
  • Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
  • Support hospital protocols and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
  • Must hold an active State License (no new license applicants accepted)
  • Must be board certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)
  • Neonatal experience is required; recent experience preferred
  • Certification in NRP is required
  • Key skills: neonatal procedures, patient management, team collaboration
  • Ability to work under supervision; APP will not work autonomously
