Board Certified (AANA) Licenses:
Active MI License or eligibility to obtain

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified Other

Qualifications:

Clean malpractice and license history; NPDB self-query within 30 days;
Local provider only (mileage reimbursement)

Duties & Responsibilities Provide independent anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures. Administer MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) for EGD and colonoscopy cases. Manage 1016 cases per day efficiently. Work collaboratively with endoscopy center staff. Ensure patient safety and monitor vital signs during procedures.
