• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required (locum tenens CRNA, clinical OR experience preferred)
• Active, unrestricted CRNA license (state licensure for Michigan or ability to obtain)
• Current AHA-issued certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS as applicable
• Recent case logs demonstrating epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks
• Significant OB anesthesia experience within the past 12 months (facility manages ~350 deliveries/year)
• Competency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Clear background and malpractice history (credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days; temporary privileges available for qualified candidates)

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Pediatric Dental, ENT, Endoscopy, and Podiatry cases (no heads, hearts, or spines)
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks as required; manage OB anesthesia and labor analgesia
• Participate in the call rotation and respond within 30 minutes when on-call
• Document anesthesia care accurately and timely in Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, obstetrics teams, and fellow CRNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain professional standards, ongoing competency, and adherence to hospital policies for locum tenens CRNA providers
