Kanazeh Lawn Service has provided professional snow and ice management services in the Lansing area since 2012. We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to assist with winter storm operations.

This is a seasonal, on-call position activated during snow events. Equipment Operators are responsible for safely operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, and salt spreaders to clear and treat commercial and residential properties. Work hours are weather-dependent and may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on snowfall and operational needs.

• Operate snow plows, loaders, skid steers, and salt spreaders
• Clear parking lots, roadways, and assigned areas
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as directed
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
• Communicate route progress and site conditions with dispatch
• Follow all company safety procedures

• Minimum 2 years of equipment operation or professional snow removal experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Availability for on-call snow events, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work

• $22.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and equipment capability
• Weekly pay
• Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable
• Seasonal, on-call scheduling during winter months
