Sustain Lawn & Landscape is a professional landscaping and hardscape installation company serving the Greater Lansing area. We specialize in outdoor living installations including patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage systems, and landscape construction for residential and commercial clients.

Sustain Lawn & Landscape is seeking full-time Landscape Crew Members to support installation and maintenance projects throughout the Greater Lansing area.

This role works alongside experienced crew members to complete landscape and hardscape installations while maintaining safe and organized job sites. This position offers hands‑on training and the opportunity to develop skills in both landscape construction and equipment operation.

• Assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage systems, and related landscape features
• Perform routine lawn care, yard maintenance, and seasonal clean‑up
• Support snow removal operations during winter months
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete assigned tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical job duties consistent with landscaping tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment or hand tools
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to perform job duties in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials consistent with landscaping tasks
• Ability to operate machinery and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
