Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking reliable Lawn Mowing Crew Members responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the Lansing area.

This position focuses on safe operation of commercial mowing equipment, trimming, edging, and maintaining professional property appearance. Team members work both independently and alongside crew members to complete daily service routes efficiently.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and prefer active, hands‑on work environments.

• Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform trimming, edging, and property cleanup tasks
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Maintain professional appearance of serviced properties
• Follow daily crew assignments and schedules
• Assist with equipment care and maintenance
• Adhere to company safety procedures at all times
• Report equipment or service issues to supervisors

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
• Experience hauling trailers or equipment
• Previous lawn care or outdoor labor experience
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Typical seasonal schedule includes:

• Start time between 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
• End time approximately 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Hours may vary based on weather and seasonal workload
• Company vehicles are provided, and team members meet at the shop daily before assignments.

• $16.00–$20.00 per hour

This position is currently structured as an independent contractor (1099) role in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines, with potential transition to W2 employment based on company needs.
