Full-Time Seasonal Grounds Crew Member The Country Club of Lansing The Country Club of Lansing is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team as a Full-Time Seasonal Grounds Crew Member. This position helps maintain the appearance, condition, and playability of the Club’s golf course and surrounding grounds throughout the golf season.

Position Type:
Full-time, seasonal

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation: $14.00- $16.00 Hourly Season:
April through October Primary Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other designated areas.

Rake bunkers and maintain course hazards.

Change cups, move tee markers, and assist with daily course setup.

Operate utility vehicles, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds equipment.

Assist with landscaping, irrigation, tree care, and general property maintenance.

Remove debris and help keep the golf course and Club grounds clean and presentable.

Follow all safety procedures and properly care for Club equipment.

Assist the Grounds team with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Work days start at 6:00 AM, Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Previous golf course, landscaping, groundskeeping, or equipment-operation experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
