• Practice type: GP
• Avg. daily patient volume: 16 to 18 patients per DVM
• Support staff ratio: 2 to 3 techs per DVM
• Case mix:
  Wellness, surgery, dentistry, high volume general practice care
• Technology and equipment:
  In house diagnostics, surgical suite, evolving equipment base

• $140,000 base salary + production VM

You are a veterinarian who is:

• Passionate about community based care and building lasting client relationships
• Comfortable practicing spectrum of care in a lower income, high need area
• A collaborative teammate who enjoys working closely with other DVMs and the practice manager
• Skilled in surgery and confident in a high volume environment
• Adaptable, practical, and motivated to make a meaningful impact

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university required
• Strong surgical skills
• Excellent communication and client education abilities
• Team oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and grow
