- Avg. daily patient volume: 16 to 18 patients per DVM
- Support staff ratio: 2 to 3 techs per DVM

Wellness, surgery, dentistry, high volume general practice care - Technology and equipment:
In house diagnostics, surgical suite, evolving equipment base
Collaborative, community driven, experienced team with strong partnership between DVMs and leadership
Total Rewards- $140,000 base salary + production VM

You are a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about community based care and building lasting client relationships
- Comfortable practicing spectrum of care in a lower income, high need area
- A collaborative teammate who enjoys working closely with other DVMs and the practice manager
- Skilled in surgery and confident in a high volume environment
- Adaptable, practical, and motivated to make a meaningful impact
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university required
- Strong surgical skills
- Excellent communication and client education abilities
- Team oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and grow
