• 2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience (leadership preferred)
• Valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• Professional English communication (Spanish a plus)
• Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication
• Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

• Lead daily crew operations and track time
• Perform and supervise lawn care tasks (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment
• Train crew on safety, quality, and procedures
