AboutThe Role
As a Project Quality Supervisor
, you’ll lead teams of quality inspectors at manufacturing plants and warehouses. You’ll manage daily operations, support customers, train team members, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with travel to customer sites and strong growth potential.
What You’ll Do- Supervise inspection teams at assigned locations
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met
- Set up projects and manage daily deliverables
- Train and support team leaders and inspectors
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Complete required training and follow company policies
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong customer service / B2B experience
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
Ability to travel on short notice
- ✔ Valid Driver’s License
