Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer at Moebius, located in Lansing, MI. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality by implementing and overseeing quality control and assurance processes. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality management systems, analyzing quality metrics, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and expertise in managing and improving Quality Control processes
- Experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of Product Quality principles and experience in maintaining high product standards
- Familiarity with Quality Management systems and their practical implementation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in medical device or aerospace manufacturing preferred
