As a key member of our Package Testing team, you’ll manage projects from kickoff through final reporting, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and value‑driven results.

• Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
• Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
• Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
• Creating client‑facing reports and documentation
• Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
• Supporting shipping, receiving, and facility operations
• Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
• Working safely in a fast‑paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation

• Comfortable with hands‑on laboratory and testing activities
• Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills

• Excels at managing multiple priorities
• Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
• Delivers quality work on time

• Enjoys working across teams
• Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
• Maintains a positive attitude while helping others succeed

Preferred:

• Associate degree or 2‑year technical college degree

• Hands‑on technical or laboratory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to create clear customer‑facing reports and documentation
