What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Package Testing team, you’ll manage projects from kickoff through final reporting, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and value‑driven results.
Your Impact Will Include- Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
- Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
- Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
- Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
- Creating client‑facing reports and documentation
- Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
- Supporting shipping, receiving, and facility operations
- Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
- Working safely in a fast‑paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation
- Comfortable with hands‑on laboratory and testing activities
- Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
- Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills
- Excels at managing multiple priorities
- Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
- Delivers quality work on time
- Enjoys working across teams
- Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
- Maintains a positive attitude while helping others succeed
Preferred:
- Associate degree or 2‑year technical college degree
- Hands‑on technical or laboratory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to create clear customer‑facing reports and documentation
