As an onsite laboratory assistant, this role’s primary responsibility is to conduct lab glassware washing, stock lab supplies, dispose of chemical waste, and maintain overall chemical quality control cleanliness. Other responsibilities include login of samples into QA systems. Applicant should be detail-oriented, able to identify work needed, and organized to ensure compliance and safety. This role communicates regularly with chemistry lab scientists, so good communication, professionalism, and kindness are a must.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Glassware, pipette, and lab equipment dish washing
- Stocking glassware and lab supplies
- Remove and dispose of expired reagents
- Stocking kitchenette food and drink supplies
- Lab bench and equipment cleaning
- Login of finished products into controlled inventory system
- Attention to detail to follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- A love to learn attitude
- Works effectively in a fast-paced team laboratory environment
- Must demonstrate flexibility /agility and engagement in a changing environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Monday-Friday 40hrs. 7:30am-4pm
