Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
- Proven ability to implement and improve quality systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing quality teams.
