Job Description
Genethra is seeking a Digital Twin & Synthetic Model Systems Scientist to support the creation of virtual biological models and advanced experimental systems such as organoids, assembloids, and digital twins.
Key Responsibilities- Support development of biological digital twins across cells, tissues, organs, or patients.
- Work with organoid, assembloid, or synthetic biology datasets.
- Integrate spatial, omics, imaging, and functional data into simulation platforms.
- Help validate digital predictions against experimental results.
- Collaborate with computational, clinical, and experimental teams.
- Background in digital biology, organoids, computational modeling, tissue engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with generative AI, simulation, or in vitro biological systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and interdisciplinary communication skills.
- Experience with biological data integration.
- Interest in transforming clinical and preclinical research through simulation.
