Genethra is seeking a Cellular Function, Organelle & Signaling Biology Scientist to study the internal systems that keep cells healthy, including mitochondria, lysosomes, membranes, lipid biology, autophagy, and post‑translational signaling.

NOTE: Genethra is a subsidiary of Balan

X Bio focused specifically on advancing biology‑driven research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Study organelle function, cellular quality control, signaling pathways, and metabolic regulation.
Generate or analyze datasets related to mitochondria, lysosomes, membranes, lipidomics, or proteomics.
Identify cellular mechanisms involved in aging, disease, and therapeutic response.
Collaborate with AI teams to turn cellular data into predictive models.
Support research programs focused on cellular repair and resilience.

Requirements

Background in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, proteomics, lipidomics, or related field.
Experience studying organelles, signaling, metabolism, or protein regulation.
Strong experimental or analytical skills.
Ability to connect cellular mechanisms to disease or aging biology.
Interest in AI‑enabled discovery.
