Position Overview
The Lab Technician II supports laboratory testing, product verification, and research activities across R&D and cross-functional teams. This role conducts complex experiments with minimal supervision, ensures high-quality data, and supports operational excellence in lab equipment, documentation, and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures.
- Support new product verification through testing and data reporting.
- Record, analyze, and communicate test results accurately.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate repairs.
- Assist with experimental design and process optimization.
- Support investigations related to product performance or customer feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Associate degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a laboratory, R&D, or technical support environment.
- Proficiency with lab equipment and data documentation.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage multiple tasks.
- Eligible to work in the country of employment.
- Experience with polymer, adhesive, or materials testing.
- Experience supporting NPI or product development activities.
- Skills in basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Skills in cross‑functional communication and collaboration.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $22.61–$28.26/hr based on experience. In addition to your salary, H.B.
