Restaurant Manager

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager for Buddy’s Pizza in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a great fit for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service and cleanliness
• Lead, coach and support team members throughout each shift
• Execute daily pre-shift meetings and communicate operational goals
• Manage labor costs, staff scheduling and cash handling procedures
• Complete daily sales, labor and operational reports
• Monitor inventory deliveries and verify product accuracy
• Handle guest concerns, promotions, discounts and service recovery
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive work environment
• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews and employee development

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
• Experience managing restaurant labor, scheduling and daily operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of employment practices and confidentiality standards
• Comfortable using restaurant technology and computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
