Back of House Team Leader

This is a NEW restaurant that is scheduled to open in mid-September.

This is a leadership position that requires at least 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience.

This position requires candidates to be able to work between 24-40 hours per week.

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Lead the Back of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

* Optimize workflow within the Back of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.

* Own the operational standards of the Back of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.

* Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.

* Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience

* Consistent and reliable

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Able to multi-task

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
