Expediter / Food Runner Position Summary
The Expediter / Food Runner is responsible for ensuring food is delivered from the kitchen to the correct table quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation. This position works closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction. (Compensation is hourly plus tips.)
Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand for extended periods, move quickly throughout the restaurant, lift and carry food, and safely navigate a busy kitchen and dining room.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced restaurant environment with frequent interaction between the kitchen, servers, bartenders, and guests. Teamwork, communication, cleanliness, and urgency are essential to the position.
