Assistant Manager – Franchise – 3137 – Alpine, MI
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the daily operations at our Checkers & Rally’s Drive‑In Restaurant in Alpine, MI. This role reports directly to the General Manager and serves as the on‑site leader for all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring sales targets, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and product quality are met consistently.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance coaching.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety standards.
- Monitor product quality and inventory control to maintain consistency and reduce waste.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in the quick‑service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
