The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Leading your team who is:

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Ensuring quality standards are met

Communicating with General Manager and other shifts

Creating a positive customer experience

• Reliable and Accountable
• Hard-working and Organized
• Fast-learner
• Willing to grow with the company
• Able to direct and lead a team
• Preious leading/supervising people a plus

Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah by two cousins seeking the perfect combination of flour, sugar and chocolate chips and now they believe they have come up with the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Together, they have come up with an exciting concept, a popular and recognizable menu and an ambitious but achievable plan to build Crumbl into the thriving business we know it to be today.

Crumbl now has over 1100 locations across the United States and Canada. Our weekly rotating menu offers new flavors and cookie designs every week while regularly bringing back crowd favorites and unique original recipes.
