As a Room Service Cook, you'll prepare high-quality meals for patient room service operations while supporting nutrition goals, food safety standards, and exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll DoPrepare meals for patient room service operations in accordance with established recipes, production schedules, and diet orders.

Follow therapeutic diet requirements and physician-prescribed nutrition plans to ensure patients receive safe and appropriate meals.

Ensure meal accuracy, quality, presentation, and portion control standards for every meal served.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and infection prevention standards throughout food preparation and service processes.

Coordinate with room service, hospitality, and call center staff to support timely meal delivery and positive patient experiences.

Monitor production schedules and adjust food preparation activities to meet patient, department, and operational needs.

Support patient satisfaction initiatives through preparation of high-quality, appealing meals and responsive service.

Maintain inventory, stock levels, product rotation, and ingredient freshness to support efficient operations and minimize waste.

Complete required food safety, temperature, production, and quality documentation accurately and timely.

Promote exceptional dining experiences that support healing, recovery, and patient well-being.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications Cooking and food preparation experience.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
