Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations. Cleans all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles while following company procedures and using approved chemicals and supplies. Responds to spills, operates floor scrubbers, and disposes of waste in accordance with the company environmental sustainability program.

Maintains appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring they are stored properly and orders replenishment as needed.
