Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and ensures completion of all opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities- Effectively work with store management and store crews, supervising the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities, and effectively communicating information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints; promote the CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank); handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy; and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; manage the display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise; and reset departments following POGs.
- Required: Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills; advanced communication and supervision skills; ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store.
- Preferred: Experience as a retail supervisor; education with a High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

20. Pay Range: $16.50 – $24.00 per hour (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls).
