Family Farm and Home is a family‑owned and operated company based in Michigan with 71 retail locations across the Midwest. We supply a wide variety of products in multiple departments. As a Team Member, you will contribute to daily store operations, customer service, and maintain store appearance.

• Promote company mission statement and values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Receive communication and tasks from corporate office and store management via Farm Hand system.
• Greet customers upon entry or exit and interact in a pleasant, positive manner.
• Solicit customers to sign up for loyalty and other program initiatives.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers in store, online, and for special orders.
• Use POS to checkout customers and follow all cash‑handling processes and procedures.
• Complete POGs and mass layouts in correct locations using On the Go system.
• Use Harvester to complete online customer orders.
• Support and solicit use of financing options and assist customers through financing websites.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, clearance prices, and other in‑store signage as directed.
• Assist in freight, recovery, and out‑of‑stock processes.
• Achieve passing scores on corporate store audits, assessments, and store walks.
• Maintain awareness of in‑store safety issues and report potential hazards.
• Uphold and support all company Loss Prevention measures.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack safely (minimum 18 years old).
• Build/assemble store displays, products, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, receiving area, cash office, restrooms, and break room.
• Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Complete daily operational standards checklist.
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
• Perform all other duties assigned by store management or company officials.

• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Basic computer system knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years old or older to operate forklift or pallet jack.
