West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Merchandiser – Beer & Beverage (Lansing Area)

Starting Pay: $17.75/hr.

• $18.25 after 90 days
• $18.75 after 1 year

Plus:
Gas Card | $160/month auto allowance | Monthly phone reimbursement

Looking for a physically active job where the day goes fast and you’re not stuck behind a desk? We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout the Lansing area. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys moving, organizing, and working directly in stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stocking beer and beverage products in retail stores
• Rotating inventory to ensure freshness
• Building displays and setting promotions
• Keeping shelves organized and full
• Communicating with sales and delivery teams

Schedule & Hours

• 40–50 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Some holiday work required

• Reliable and self‑motivated individuals
• Prior merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or retail stocking experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and move beverage cases as part of daily work
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑service mindset
