Job Title: Register Attendant

Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time]

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Register Attendant to join our team at Pat & Gary's II. The Register Attendant will be responsible for operating the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Scan items, collect payments, and issue receipts to customers.
• Ensure correct pricing and display of items.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Monitoring and counting bottle returns, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Checking for damaged or expired goods and removing them from shelves.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• Complete training on the POS system and propane filling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
• And all other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service position preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approx. 6-8hrs) and lift/move items weighing up to 50lbs.
