Team Leader – Express Wash Concepts

Join our team as a Team Leader at Moo Moo Express Car Wash. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead a service team. Your role will grow into future leadership positions.

• Support site facility and operations responsibilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and boost sales growth.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and conduct quality control checks.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards and foster a collaborative environment.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and accountability in all responsibilities.

• Must stand and move throughout the site during entire shift.
• Work on feet for entire shift in fast‑paced environment.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
