West Side Beer Distributing – Full-Time Merchandiser – Beer & Beverage (Lansing Area)

Starting Pay: $17.75/hr.

• $18.25 after 90 days
• $18.75 after 1 year

Plus: Gas Card, $160/month auto allowance, Monthly phone reimbursement.

We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout the Lansing area. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys moving, organizing, and working directly in stores.

• Stocking beer and beverage products in retail stores
• Rotating inventory to ensure freshness
• Building displays and setting promotions
• Keeping shelves organized and full
• Communicating with sales and delivery teams

• 40–50 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Some holiday work required

• Guaranteed pay increases at 90 days and 1 year
