Overview

Job Type: Per Required Need

Work Location:

Market - SS - MI - Lansing

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
  • Representatives are responsible for keeping their availability updated and accurate.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job or assignment before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of two or more people and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Participate and complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, including local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Age / Eligibility:
    Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability:
    Flexible Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical Abilities:
    Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, and downloading applications.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
  • Experience:

    Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial; preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
  • Technology:
    Must own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
  • Training:
    Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame.
  • Transportation and Travel:
    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment, shift, or daily.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment and problem‑solving.
