Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise while ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, picking the right items, and fill their online orders across all departments. The fast‑paced role requires juggling online shoppers while assisting in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Answer customer questions
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
