QUALITY DAIRY COMPANY is seeking a Customer Service Representative #02 to join our Administrative team. You will focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, processing transactions, stocking products, and handling cash with accuracy in a busy store environment.
Responsibilities include answering questions, processing returns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards. Prior retail customer service experience is preferred and a High School diploma is desirable. Training provided.
